1. About BraidNest

BraidNest is a venture studio that provides product, design, engineering, AI, advisory, and selective venture-building support. The website describes potential services and opportunities; it does not itself constitute a binding offer, investment commitment, securities offering, or promise to enter into a partnership.

2. Eligibility and Submissions

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a Venture Partnership. You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and to submit information only when you have the right and authority to do so, including on behalf of any company you represent.

Submitting an application is free. We may accept, decline, request more information about, or stop reviewing an application at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.

3. No Guarantee of Funding or Partnership

Submitting an application or speaking with BraidNest does not guarantee an interview, acceptance, cash investment, service credit, financing, business introductions, or any other commercial outcome. Any future services, investment, equity participation, deferred payment, reimbursement, or milestone obligations must be agreed in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Information about typical commitments, investment amounts, program features, or timelines may change and is subject to individual evaluation, approval, and definitive documentation.

4. Ownership of Submitted Materials

You retain ownership of your startup, ideas, original materials, and intellectual property. By submitting information, you give BraidNest a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, internally reproduce, and review the materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your submission, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submission does not give BraidNest equity in your company or ownership of your product. BraidNest and its licensors retain all rights in the website, its original design, copy, software, branding, and other content. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit that content without permission, except as allowed by law.

5. Confidentiality and Independent Work

The initial application does not create a nondisclosure agreement or a fiduciary relationship. Although we aim to handle submitted information responsibly, please do not send passwords, source code, highly sensitive personal information, confidential customer lists, or trade secrets through the public form. If deeper diligence requires confidential information, the parties may discuss a separate written confidentiality agreement.

BraidNest may receive, evaluate, or independently develop other companies, products, or concepts in similar markets. An application does not create exclusivity or prevent BraidNest from pursuing independently developed or lawfully obtained opportunities.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to violate laws or others' rights; impersonate another person; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with site operation; or submit information that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive. We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

7. Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to external scheduling tools, service providers, professional networks, and other websites. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

8. Website Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but content may be incomplete or change. Subject to applicable law and any separate signed agreement, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis, without any guarantee that access will be continuous or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BraidNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the public website or from a decision not to proceed with an application. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. These Terms do not replace or amend any separate written agreement signed with BraidNest.

11. Updates and Contact
